The .pA- Rank Structure

The rank structure within our community consists of five tiers. Owners, Officers, Operators, Observers, and Other.
Each tier consists of different ranks that have different requirements needed to be met before taking on the role.

Unit Chief:

One of the three team owners. Responsible for any & all management of .pA- personnel.

Unit Admin:

One of the three team owners. Responsible for the general oversight of the entirety of .pA-.

Unit Commander:

One of the three team owners. Responsible for the overall strategy and growth for .pA-.

Division Chief:

Lead Officer. Responsible for all Division-level administration an administrators/moderators.

Division Admin:

Tier 1 Officer. Responsible for recruiting, forming teams, and enforcing .pA- community rules.

Division Moderator:

Tier 2 Officer. Responsible for keeping a healthy level of gaming activity in .pA-.

Operator (T1):

Tier 1 Operators are our elite. They are hand-selected by our three highest ranking members. This tier requires game knowledge, raw skill and above-all dedication.

Operator (T2):

Tier 2 Operators are our consistent gamers. They directly reflect the main games that are being played. This tier is home to our most active and loyal members.

Observer (T1):

Tier 1 Observers are the up and coming. These are our casual gamers that are still around, but limit themselves to a single game or two, or are lacking the activity.

Observer (T2):

Tier 2 Observers are our newest members. These players are brand new to the ranks of .pA- and will need to both improve and prove themselves to attain a higher status.

Recruit:

After passing through the application phase, our recruits must prove their value with skill and teamwork before the team will accept them as a teammate and .pA- member.

All of our friends are right here! If you didn't make the team, have no interest in joining the team, or just came to hang out, this is your role in our community. Have fun!
